The weekend

  1. 06:00Signature DeparturesChartered and scheduled flight groups depart from Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger, Tromsø and selected regional connections. Each group is hosted from airport check-in through arrival in Nice.
  2. 11:30Portrait ArrivalTimed transfers connect Nice Airport with Monaco. Guests receive room keys presented with an individual appreciation statement and a photographed signature card.
  3. 13:00Private Check-in and LunchHotel hosts manage luggage, room access and a continuous Mediterranean lunch service adapted to staggered arrival times.
  4. 16:30Time to SettleGuests have time to rest, explore the immediate waterfront or prepare for the evening.
  5. 19:00The First SignatureA gallery-style reception introduces large-format employee portraits, live calligraphy and a champagne ritual carrying signatures from offices across Norway.
  6. 20:00Welcome TableAn informal seated dinner combines Riviera ingredients with Norwegian references. Short live portraits introduce colleagues from different offices between courses.
