01Creative platform

The red thread through everything. The platform is built on research into your company, the occasion and the moment we are in, and it drives venue, programme, food and entertainment across every event.

Our platform

Brought Us Here

Every contribution brought us here. Every decision takes us forward.

The claim

Every contribution brought us here. Every decision takes us forward.

The big idea

Turn the Alps into a physical map of the company journey, where individual contributions form a shared route from proven achievements to clear next decisions.

An anniversary is not created by a date. It is created by the work, judgment and persistence of people over time. Brought Us Here makes those contributions visible. Across the trip, guests encounter specific stories of progress, turning the Alpine setting into a living record of what employees have achieved together.

The experience then shifts from recognition to direction. The group identifies the decisions and working principles that should guide the next chapter. Communication, travel, hosting, food and programme follow one continuous route, giving every guest a clear sense of where the company has been and what everyone is responsible for next.

Why this, now

The confirmed brief contains one strong fact: 100 employees will gather in the Alps to celebrate a company anniversary. The research also identifies a present tension between repeated strategic change and employees' capacity to absorb it. This platform answers that tension by replacing abstract ambition with specific contributions and practical next decisions. It uses the rare value of gathering a distributed workforce in one location while ensuring that recognition is not reduced to speeches. Because the client identity and anniversary history remain unverified, the platform includes a structured process for collecting authentic milestones, employee stories and evidence before production. Sustainability is treated with the same discipline through documented travel choices, local sourcing, waste reporting and a post-event impact summary.

The insight behind it

Make the anniversary concrete rather than aspirational by connecting specific past contributions to clear future priorities, while recognizing the human cost of constant change.

Key messages
  • 01The company reached this anniversary through the contribution of its people.
  • 02Progress becomes meaningful when the work behind it is named.
  • 03A shared history creates context across roles, teams and locations.
  • 04The next chapter requires clear decisions, not broad promises.
  • 05Every part of the trip should prove the values it communicates.
Visual direction

Build the identity from topographic lines that gradually combine into one route. Use uncoated off-white paper, pale ash timber, brushed aluminium, grey felt, natural stone and transparent recycled acrylic. The palette moves from mineral grey, snow white and deep pine to a precise signal orange used for decisions and directional information. Registration materials show each guest as one coordinate in the collective map. In the venue, suspended contour lines connect arrival, dining and programme spaces. Warm low-level light reveals past milestones, while focused orange light marks future commitments. Tables follow long geographic contours rather than conventional banquet rows. Food is presented as a progression through local elevations and seasons, with sourcing and impact information stated plainly. Screens, signage and stage content use real dates, names, numbers and employee quotations instead of generic mountain imagery.

How it plays out per event
Company Anniversary Alps Trip

Before departure, every guest submits one contribution, collaboration or decision that helped move the company forward. These inputs become a verified anniversary route used across travel communication, Alpine wayfinding, programmed conversations, locally sourced menus and evening content. Day one recognizes the route already travelled. Day two brings mixed teams together around a small number of next decisions. Each decision is assigned an owner, first action and review date. Travel and production impacts are documented and shared after the trip.

Signature moment: At the anniversary dinner, a dark suspended relief map above the room illuminates point by point as 100 employee contributions are read, seen and heard. The individual lights then connect into one continuous orange route, revealing the words of the agreed next decisions across the final contour.

02The concept

Brought Us Here: The Anniversary Route

Every contribution brought us here. Every decision takes us forward.

The anniversary becomes a shared route through the Alps rather than a retrospective display. Before departure, every employee submits one verified contribution, collaboration or decision. These 100 coordinates form the anniversary map used in travel communication, registration, room keys, wayfinding and the opening programme at Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.

Day one recognizes what brought the company here through named people, real dates and measurable outcomes. Day two turns attention toward a limited set of decisions. Mixed teams examine each decision against evidence, define a first action and assign an owner and review date. Signal orange identifies every point where observation becomes commitment.

At the anniversary dinner, the room becomes the completed route. A suspended relief map illuminates as employee contributions are read, projected and heard. The points connect into one orange line, and the agreed next decisions appear across its final contour. The celebration closes with clarity about both the shared achievement and what happens next.

A self-contained five-star Alpine resort at 1,300 metres with sufficient bedrooms, adaptable conference rooms, strong wellness facilities and direct access to mountain landscapes. The large event infrastructure supports the suspended relief map, contour-shaped dining layout and parallel decision sessions without splitting the group across properties.

Season

Best suited to late April through June 2027. Lower trails and terraces should be usable, while higher ground may retain snow. The programme includes indoor equivalents for every weather-sensitive element.

Sustainability

The hotel holds the Austrian Ecolabel and uses regional procurement, energy management and structured waste reduction. Group rail travel from Munich or Innsbruck, shared electric coaches and consolidated production freight should be specified.

06The extra details

The concept lives in the small decisions. These are the touches we would build in, the ones guests notice without being told to look.

08Next steps

Tell us which direction lands, and we will take it all the way.

The next step is an hour together. We walk through the chosen concept, lock dates with the venue and set up a detailed production plan. Peak dates go early, so an earlier decision gives the best selection.
