Constraints

  • Bogstad Gård has an exclusive agreement with its own catering partner
  • The sailing on September 16th will be organised independently without the agency's assistance
  • Outdoor screening and production of film material are not included in the delivery
  • Strict requirements for security and access control at the harbour and ship

  3. 12:30International Picnic LunchA culinary journey through food stations inspired by the seafarers' home countries, prepared in close collaboration with Bogstad Gård's catering partner.
  4. 14:30The Collaborative Artwork 'The Sail for New Generations'The signature moment where children, pensioners, and employees press their handprints onto the large sailcloth monument.
  5. 16:00Cultural Workshops and Maritime GamesChildren and adults participate in traditional outdoor activities, rope-making, and historical farm tours.
  6. 17:00Musical Finale and Thank YouJoint closing concert from the main stage and distribution of commemorative gifts before departure.
